The Club’s Officers, General Committee and Sub Committees are elected each year at the AGM and are responsible for the day to day running of the Club. Minutes of Committee Meetings are available in the Club House.
When do the General Committee meet?
Committee Meetings are held on the 1st Tuesday of each month in the Clubhouse.
Club Sessions
Social tennis is very important to the Club and its members. The mainstays of our social tennis programme are the weekly Club Sessions, held on Monday and Wednesday evenings, Tuesday and Wednesday mornings and Saturday afternoons. These sessions are held all year round.

At Club Sessions, members play one set of doubles and then mix with other members. The Club provides balls for all Club Sessions and new balls are provided as required.

How do I become a member?

Can I have a family membership?
Yes.
Do I have to join the club to attend coaching sessions?
You can access the coaching programmes provided as a non-member. However there are preferential rates available to members of the club.
What is the affiliation fee mentioned on the application forms for?
Club Members must pay an affiliation fee to the governing body for tennis in Ireland, Tennis Ireland. The Club collects this along with your Membership Fee and pays it directly to Tennis Ireland.
Affiliation is £14.00 per person aged 18 or over on 1st Jan in any membership year and £7.00 per person aged 17 or under and should be added to your fees.
Is there any special clothing that I need to wear?
We are pretty relaxed, but a sports kit needs to be worn.
Do I have to sign up for a minimum term?
All our memberships are annual and run from January to December however new members admitted on or after the 1st August in any year shall be liable for 8/12 of the annual Membership Fee for that year. The amount to be reduced according to the month of admission – September 7/12 , October 6/12 , November 5/12 , December 4/12.
Members admitted on or after 1st January in any year shall be liable for their full Membership Fee but shall not be liable for their renewal until 1st March in the following year.
